support for International Alphanumeric Sender ID
The alphanumeric sender ID technology allows the sender to send messages using a custom, recognizable sender ID constructed from any combination of numeric and alpha characters (0-9, a-z, A-Z)
The following table captures our up-to-date coverage for Alphanumeric sender support. For countries where the “AlphaNumeric Support” column says “Yes”, you can use an alpha sender when attempting to send messages to these destinations. Among these supported countries, some only support sending transactional messages and require sender ID pre-registration, meaning that you can only use the alpha sender using pre-register with us. You can start the pre-registration process by contacting our support team. It's important that you test out the Alphanumeric support first before sending large batches.
